We are both graduates of the Honours Bachelor of Film and Television program at Sheridan College, who met in a second year directing class. Through bonding from a shared love of musicals, we quickly became best friends and creative partners. Kaitlin focuses mostly on directing and editing, and Carla focuses on writing, producing, and directing. Within CK Productions, we also wanted to be able to branch out and try new roles within production and post-production to diversify our skillsets.

Our goals as female filmmakers is to uplift all voices and stories, as well as create films that leave good, thoughtful impact. Music is also one of our favourite aspects of telling stories, and we're always looking for interesting ways to incorporate it. We hope to continue to be able to learn from and collaborate with our peers, as well as other creatives in the industry.
